Key Capabilities
High level of business taxation knowledge
Timely preparation/Review of financials and tax returns for a variety of structures
Financial modelling and analysis (simple to medium level)
Development/review of client budgets and financial forecasts
Strong research and project management skills
Preparation and review of business/taxation advice
Developing client relationships with a diverse group of clients
Knowledge and business acumen in major industries
Timely preparation and delivery of internal management reports
Development of KPIs
Supervision of a team and workflow management
Training of accountants
Practice management for the team

Requirements
About you
Firstly, you will be reliable and responsible, and eager to progress your career in Professional Services at a firm that values people,
With demonstrated experience, you will have completed CA or CPA and will be looking to capitalise on your knowledge, skill, and experience in a great working environment.
You will possess the skills to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will have excellent English skills, both written and oral, make a strong personal impact and be committed to providing the greatest standard of service to our clients, your colleagues, and the community.
You will have at least 5 years prior Tax and Business Services experience in an Australian accounting practice.
